I have been going to KTL nails for years and I have never had a bad experience. The owner Khanh is lovely , along with her team. You are always made to fell welcome and will offer you a tea or coffee. If you have a particular design you want Khan will always do her upmost to do the design on your nails. Nothing is too much trouble for her or her team. There are so many colours to choose from and they always bringing out new colours. By far the best nail bar in Debden, Loughton. Would definitely recommend a visit.

I had a wonderful experience at this salon today. The first thing I noticed was how spacious and spotlessly clean the place is, which is very important to me. The staff were incredibly patient and respectful. My nails look lovely and the whole atmosphere was very calming. I will definitely be coming back.

I can’t really understand this nail salon, my appointment was at 12 o clock today when I arrived all the staff were playing cards and the salon smelt of noodles not one of them said hello which I found bizarre
My nails were done by a man which was fine, I would have preferred French tips but the lady who seems to be in charge gave me two different prices extra £5 and extra £10 surely it’s one or the other?? So I went for a plain white polish
The atmosphere is awful nobody talks only the lady who talks in her own language with the rest of the staff ( probably about me I thought)
Then there’s the payment, the lady is very eager to get the money, you have to leave a belonging if you go to the cash point or they push a laminated bank details thing in your hand and you can’t leave the shop until the lady in charge receives it on her phone
Oh and guess what they offered me a loyalty card today ( I’ve been going for 6 months !! )
No thank you and no goodbye came from any of them
All in all a very unprofessional depressing shop !!

I have booked to go tomorrow and will be writing a review after so I hope I have a good experience let's wait and see.
